Shop faxed a supplement in on Monday Sept 18th at 10:57 am Did not here from them so shop refaxed on Thursday 09/21/17 at 9:54 am Customer called Allstate to voice his displeasure and was told they never received a supplement from Hunt Auto Body. We have document logs from our fax machine that state otherwise and would be glad to provide you with this document. The whole idea for these estimate by photos was to speed up the claims process. We are seeing the exact opposite of this in the delay of the Insurers coming out to the shop to re-evaluate the poorly written photo estimate. Not much of a convenience for the consumer in the overall process. As of 09/27/17 they still have not looked at this vehicle.
