Mr. Milisits on behalf of Allstate continuously displays acts of bad faith and cost shifting as well. He was given our estimate the day of his arrival. All he has to do is copy our estimate line for line. The work was done for him. He decides to pick and choose what he would like to reimburse the consumer for, and then thinks he is doing me a "favor" by writing for other lines that are completely irrelevant. We write a thorough repair sheet according to manufacturer procedure and guidelines, product recommendations, and software p-pages. We can back up with documentation the necessity for each labor operation. Everytime he comes to our facility he acts in an ignorant manner, and never protects the consumers best interest. We also proceeded to try the Allstate Virtual Assist App. The adjuster on that end, Felton Brown Lic#P813550NY1475332, based out of Texas I believe. He was sent an email with photos and of the specific line items off of my repair estimate that are missing still. Mr. Brown also chose to cost shift on certain items and pick and choose what he would like to indemnify the consumer with. I have many complaints with Allstate over the past few months. Specifically Mr. Milisits. The Department needs to start enforcing their own written rules, or the are clearly corrupt by the big companies donations. What is the point of your department if you never act on anything?
