I recently chose to have my vehicle repaired at 610 MOTORS after hearing from many people about their exceptional quality and customer service. They educated me on the repair and explained to me what needed to be done to get my car back to way it was. I expected my insurance to cover the repair bill fully, just as i fully pay my premiums on time. Mr. Gaspar warned me about this specific adjuster ahead of time. Mr. Beltran claims he worked in a shop for 17 years. Well he must not have been good at it because he no longer does obviously. He is not the professional, Mr. Gaspar and 610 MOTORS, who has I-CAR Gold is who I trust. Mr. Beltran advised me if I would of taken it to one of their preferred shops I would not have this problem. Well I would of had other problems as I have seen many repairs friends and family have had done at these insurance shops and they do not compare to the quality I can visibly see in 610 MOTORS shop, let alone the small details that go unseen that Mr. Gaspar has explained to me. Mr. Beltran has been very rude & unhelpful thru the process. Mr. Gaspar sent an email clearly explaining the missed operations off his estimate, and Mr. Beltran still chose to not reimburse me. Is that not an act of Bad Faith?? There is a balance of $1365.05 owed, and I am going to let me car sit their and collect storage until you can get Nationwide to act properly and do their lawful duty
