Shop emailed a supplement as per Allstate's request on October 24th 2017 as of October 31st we still haven't received a call from Allstate. (seven days) We have been seeing a consistent disregard for the appraisers act in regards to responding in a timely manner. This has never been an issue with this insurer until they went to estimates by photos. They have reduced the street appraiser staff which is now impacting the consumer.
