I have been waiting to be indemnified for almost 3 months now from Erie. I have dozens of emails with highlighted parts straight from my policy explaining my coverages, as well as state laws highlighted as well. This is absolutely an absurd amount of time to wait. There is thousands of dollars in storage accruing daily on the vehicle. Erie claims I can not charge storage because I own the motorcycle and the repair facility as well. I have not seen one law that states I can not charge for storage. This is my personal motorcycle insured to my house. It was stored at my house for months up until the date of loss. Which it was then brought to the repair facility to undergo repairs if necessary. Erie has not responded to me in weeks. I need to be properly indemnified as this is clearly an act of bad faith. I need the insurance department to intervene and oversee the matter gets handled properly ASAP its been months. I have given them all the information they need and still nothing. Can we please make some calls and get this handled in a timely fashion instead of doing this the conventional way of paper mailing. It is 2018 lets get up to date and handle things a bit quicker via email. I have all emails to support my case. If you would like, have someone contact me and I can forward them all.
