Refused to pay proper procedures to fix this utility body properly and refused to pay my charges due to the fact that i was a auto collision repair shop. When i explained to her that this vehicle was not a car and it was a utility body truck, it required special equipment and knowledge for this repair. Also this vehicle was hit on the wheel and had frame damage and she still refused to pay for a wheel alignment. Thank you Brad Runge
