Complaint Comments:
Bob came out on Friday to look at Laura Hill's vehicle for a supplement. He stated to me that he would go over my paperwork so we could start repairs. I went over the necessary repairs and he stated to me that he would upload the orignal estimate and come back out Monday for me to review his paperwork. He never showed up Monday or Tues. and he never returned any of my phone calls. I feel that Bob Sypher is out to give me a hard time. I could not trust his word at all, he has done this to me in the past. I asked him if he was sure that he was coming back out and he said yes. That is the only reason I went over the vehicle with him or I would of just waited until Monday. I need help with this staff appraiser. He doesnt follow any rules, he does what he wants when he wants to do it. Thank You Brad Runge
