Refused to Leave Copy of Appraisal and Still took pictures, Refused to Discuss Repairs, Faxed over copy of appraisal and refused to discuss repair procedures wrote for. Stated to me that is all he is writing for and he had a take it or leave it attitude. Did not come prepaired to write an appraisal, Did not write proper labor rates or materials required. I feel he is in direct violation of the act and unfair insurance practices. Did not address all repairs necessary to put this vehicle back to pre-loss/pre-accident conditon.
