Complaint Comments:
State Farm refuses to look at vehicles in the building i am renting, because they have a problem with the business on the attaching side. They told me that they will only look at vehicles outside. I cant conduct proper repairs procedures to show the appraiser the damage outside. I need to use my frame machine and measuring system. I had this vehicle ready for inspection but i had to take it back down for statefarm for inspection. I feel that there needs to be something done about this. This is not fair that I am being subjected to these conditions because State Farm has a problem with someone else. I dont understand why my customers and I should have to deal with these estimating procedures. I feel that this appraiser made his own choice not to come out. I feel that this appraiser should listen to his supervisor and come into my shop. Please let me know as soon as you can. thank you Brad Runge
