Complaint Comments:
Tow Bills were never paid, gave to Don Leavitt 3 times on 3 different dates. Orignal estimate was done on 5/17/04 10 days from the date of loss. The second time Don came out for the first supplement it was on the 5/19/04 which is a normal time frame for a supplement. Then the second supplement they came out on the 25th of May. This was extremly long for the supplement procedures. Don refused to pay for visual damage parts showed to him. The roof mldg and clips were needed for this claim and refused by Don. Also there was a buckle on the sidemember and was showed to Don and deined. These delays in supplements caused out of pocket rental expense for my customer. Don also misled price quotes on a tire price. He quoted the price on the appraisal, when called the outfit he quoted, they never talked to him and the price was higher. Also Don took betterment on the tire, we gauged the old tire with the new one and show him there was no difference. Made us remove this vehicle from our shop to inspect it. Will not come in the building to negotiate a claim. Will not pay us to move this vehicle from our frame machine and reinstall on the frame machine. Not paying the proper amount for the Pa Tire Disposal Tax. Final time he came out which would be the 3rd suppplement he just left. Could you please help us with this.
