Complaint Comments:
Rick Rullo came out to appraise damages to Cunningham's vehicle. He documented prior damage to this vehicle. The Cunningham's vehicle was deemed a total loss. His prior loss damage report was deducted from the Cunningham's settlement. After talking Steve Rodier (Manager for Rick) about this issue he stated to me that he agrees with Rick and stands behind his decission. I feel that they both needed to take inconsideration the age and condition of the vehicle as a whole. This vheicle is 14 yrs old with 205 thousand miles on it. I explained to Steve that a 1000 dollar vehicle needs to be treated like one. Rick Rullo's damage sheet was for 419.76 dollars which was deducted from the $1191.50 settlement. I feel that 10 hrs of repair plus tax should not be deducted. I feel that the value of 1200 dollars was a value for this vehicle with age and condition. I feel that the vehicle value in great condition would be 2700. please help us with this.
