This appraiser wrote for $42 per hr when the rate in the area is $46 per hr. I feel he intentionally reduces the dollar sum figure to save State Farm money and steal from the policyholders. Also he refuses to write for the proper repair procedures identified in the supplement that had to be done. I feel this appraiser should be reviewed and challenged on his behavior.
