The morning of June 6 2008 Travelers appraiser Bob Baker entered my facility without a appointment or calling to have a appointment schedueled to view Mr.Commoroto's vehicle.He was asked to return later when the vehicle was there and we can review the car together when i return since he did not call for a appointment and he agreed.But Mr.Baker decided to stay and enter my facility to re-inspect another claim that was called in for a supplement he did this without any permission from me or any of my staff.Witch will be on another complaint filed on that claim against him and his tactics.Mr.Baker returned later that day again without calling for appointment to view this current claim.We decided to view the vehicle and i had my notes ready for him for witch some notes were from the consumer concerns due to the accident and he replied that he doesnt care about what the consumers concerns were.I showed him the vehicle and he seemed very hostile so i left him alone out on my lot to write the estimate. On my return he had partially ripped the bumper off the car and was struggling to put it back on. I told him that i didnt appreciate him working on vehicles on our facility and he is not insured by our company,he replied that he can do what ever he feels to view the damages.These bully tactics and being hostile i do not appreciate nor him possibly getting hurt on my facility by tearing the consumers car apart and having a lawsuit against us.This behaivor is unprofessional and anti consumer.''
