Complaint Comments:
Our customer was involved in an accident and had bumped his head , after seeing his doctor he was told not to drive, beause his reaction time was not adaquate to operate a motor vehicle . Upon hearing his diagnosis from his Doctor he left his car under the Media court house employee parking lot wher he works. He called Flick Bros Auto and asked if we could tow his car to the shop for repairs, The shop complied and had it towed. When State Farm arrived to write damages we were told by Mr Fritz that since the vechile was driveable that they "State Farm" would not pay for the tow! If the consumer cannot drive his car !Would this not make sense to have it towed ? Teh Law clearly states the Appraisals of damaged property shall be done without prejudice ,against or favoritism toward any party . T Flick
