To Whom It May Concern, On March 19 2013, we received an estimate from AAA NCNU Insurance Exchange. Upon reviewing the estimate, we noticed that the sales tax was omitted from the labor on the total column. We don't see how this can be a simple mistake due to the fact this company has been doing business in the Commonwealth for a number of years and also the sales tax omission had to be programmed as a default into the estimating system. Our concern is not only do we have to get them to change their way of conducting business but the PA Dept of Revenue is being systematically cheated out of due revenue. One must ask the question as to how often this is occurring and going unnoticed. We would like this matter to be investigated and would also like the Dept of Revenue to be notified of such improprieties. This may be an activity that warrants some form of inquiry on their behalf.
