Pa Department of Insurance Re: Department File #12-125-113517 Dear Department of Insurance: Our customer was involved in an automobile accident on 12-07-2011. We sent our complaint of steering and the use of improper parts to the Department under the above referenced file. Although the Department did investigate our allegations of improper parts and full investigation of our steering complaint never took place. We understand the Department never investigated to the point of speaking first hand with our customer. Please contact our customer and investigate the manner in which State Farm Insurance Company made several attempts to steer and direct out customer away from our repair facility. Steering consumers is illegal in the Commonwealth of Pa. Please enforce the law and regulation against State Farm and their employees.
