Complaint Comments:
Disregard for public safety by using junkyard suspension parts in lieu of new or new aftermarket parts. Used bearings and strut are not supported by I-CAR or any other sanctioning body. State Farm continues to push for replacing damaged suspension parts with worn parts from a salvage yard. Like kind and quality can not be matched with wearable suspension parts. I am asking that the insurance commissioner step in and stop this unsafe practice.
