See affidavit. The appraiser (Lucas) tried to steer being direct and saying he really didn't want me to use the shop of my choice "PAB". Underpaying the claim, causing multiply inspections and delays because of deficiency's in the estimate prepared by the the appraiser. Inaccurate descriptions of the repairs caused by not paying for all damage labor, parts and materials. This type of behavior is not in the best interest of the consumers, the appraiser licence should be revoked and anyone else that continues to violate the appraisers act.
