Complaint Comments:
There is a difference in the labor rate and I had to pay $239.25 out of pocket. I believe the adjuster was not being fair in the allowed labor rate. This accident was not my fault and I don't feel I should have to pay for any of the repair cost. I have contacted Allstate and have gotten a run around. They say the repair shop overcharges in labor, yet when I do the research with other insurances companies, the labor rate is right on. I am not happy with paying the $239.25, but I did to get my car back. North Star did a great job on the repair and Allstate needs to pay the entire cost. Thank You in advance for your assistance.
