Shop submitted a supplement on 01/10/17 at 10:39 am State Farm called to confirm on 01/12/17 at 8:49 am The Representative on the phone said he would have it assigned and someone should contact us shortly. As of this date State Farm has not contacted us. This has been a pattern with State Farm delaying the supplement process then telling the consumer who calls to complain that if they would have chosen one of their Select service first shops this wouldn't have been an issue.
