Another customer again being told false information that they must bring their drivable vehicle to a GEICO captive or DRP facility for an estimate to be written. Customer did take their vehicle to the GEICO DRP shop and was ultimately inconvenienced for having to go there. After the car came into Cavallo, GEICO needed to come back out for items not paid for on the original estimate that were required to restore the vehicle to pre-loss condition.
