Complaint Comments:
Dave Mike prepared an estimate based on photos that my customer provided through their quick photo claims process, Mr Vidayayev provided photos of the damages as well as a photo of a SRS warning photo stating the car should be driven to the nearest BMW dealer to have the system checked. A malfunction in the restraint system and broken rear lamps should result in a car being non drive able and the Insured should be instructed to have his car taken to a repair facility and get into a rental car. The refusal to personally inspect the damages to this vehicle with the photos provided is a blatant disregard for the consumers safety and well being and is a prime example of why photo claims were illegal for so long.
