Complaint Comments:
Joyce Alwalah of Progressive, refused to complete or leave a copy of Appraisal, also she refused to provide a copy of her Pa. Appraiser license Mrs Murtha vehicle was available for her to physically address the loss of the claim filed. Joyce asked us to disassemble the bumpers, we responded that we are unable to stop production to do so. She informed me that her supervisor Nate Weiss instructed her to not leave a copy of their estimate and not indemnify the loss of damages to Mrs. Murtha vehicle because he feels he don't want to come back out for a supplement. Nate Weiss called us and told me he made her follow his instructions and ignore the appraiser act she supposedly is issued. If the vehicle was appraised at the owners residence would they ask the owner to take the bumper off? No. They would still complete a "estimate". Yes. Are they not to indemnify the loss? Please look into this matter and Progressive influencing their appraiser to ignore their license and instructing their appraisers to not leave a legible copy of appraisal.
