Complaint Comments:

I was hit by an operator of Progressive Insurance and had my car fixed at DeGovanni Collision which was paid in full by Progressive. I was told when I picked up my car on September 6th, 2022 that my car was fixed other than the rear window molding and they were waiting on the part from Germany. I was given a written and signed IOU and told they would call me in early October if they didn’t then I should call them. I waited until November 21st to call and was told they didn’t have a record of it and that they were busy and would call me back the following Monday. They didn’t call all week. I finally called them again on December 5th at approximately 830am and was told by the receptionist that a manager would call me in an hour. I waited a few hours and never received a call. I called back and the receptionist told me I would get a call by the end of the business day. Again they failed to call back. They are avoiding finishing the job that was paid for and I have the a written IOU slip as proof. They have failed to complete the necessary paid for work.
