Complaint Comments:

Loss vehicle was a 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman which needed the rear bumper cover repaired. We needed to make color sprayouts to determine the closest match with which to refinish the cover. In addition we needed to mask off the primed area on the cover. After refinishing the cover it was necessary to remove static nibs from the paint and to polish the cover. After all procedures were completed it was necessary to wash the vehicle to remove any ambient dust from the rear cover and the car itself. The appraiser refused to pay for those procedures despite my sending photos of the sprayout cards and denib procedures being performed. This is the same behavior that was exhibited in my complaint submitted on 3-3-2022.
