Complaint Comments:
I submitted two sublet invoices from our electronics vendor, one each for the pre-repair scan and the post-repair scan. State Farm refused to pay for them. While I did not speak with Mr. Rose, other State Farm appraisers say that State Farm will only pay what they feel is the prevailing price for these services, and only pay a half hour for each procedure. This is only the latest instance where State Farm refused to pay Brandywine Coach Works a sublet invoice. The house rep for Brandywine Coach Works is Craig Williams and our senator is John Kane.
