Complaint Comments:
Jeff Sommerfield handle this claim and stated to me that the $300 cap is a threshold for materials and if i itemized the necessary materials used he would compensate us for them. He failed to do so and could not explain why. I wanted to go over each material item necessary but he did not want to go over them. He stated that he reveiwed the material list and stated that i made up the amounts and he felt that was all he was going to pay was what he had the check made out for. He refused to negotiate this by just bringing the check for a certian amount.I contacted Dave Thompson on this issue and he did not even want to review it with me. He stated to me that if i knew what i was getting to fix the vehicle why did i fix it. I told him that Jeff stated to me that it was a threshold and we would pay for the materials with a markup and that is why i repaired it. He stated that he agrees with what Jeff paid for and that he will be putting there position in writing for me to give to the customer.
