Days after the accident Allstate had assigned their local PA Licensed Appraiser John Cucetta to inspect the damage on the VO's 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer LE that was towed into the Havertown Police Impound affiliated lot the day of the accident, on December 22, 2025 a copy of the approved Allstate estimated cost of repairs was emailed to everyone. As per the VO request, Allstate had the damaged vehicle towed to our shop for the repairs After the Christmas holiday the VO(s) came by our shop and we both reviewed and compared the Allstate estimated cost of repairs and waited for the payment to arrive for weeks before we could start on any repairs. With the VO(s) consent we had submitted a supplemental request demanding for a physical damage inspection as per the "PA CODE" and waited for Allstate to reassign a local PA Licensed Appraise to come out to our shop and complete their supplemental inspection for Allstate, to address all damage(s) caused from this accident, including part price adjustments, additional parts, labor, refinishing, line items, procedures & etc.. "NO ONE CAME" and Allstate never responded. The repairs were completed in GOOD FAITH and the supplemental payment is due! This is a normal business conduct we're are experiencing with Allstate and with all the other insurance companies doing business in the state of Pennsylvania, are the "PA CODE" Laws and Regulations in affect?
