Complaint Comments:
They are taking storage charges out of my settlement for my total loss vehicle. The shop charged $50 per day and Progressive feels that $35 per day was fair and that is all they want to pay, and they are taking the difference out of my settlement. The vehicle was at the shop for 11 Days and they are taking $165 out of my settlement. I feel this is unfair and not right. When the Progressive appraiser agrees to pay the storage bill to the shop and pay it to get the vehicle moved they should not take it out of my settlement on the back end. Please Help Me With This.
