Progressive Insurance Insured Refused to Pay Marked up Tow Bill Refused to pay proper repairs necessary to put vehicle back to pre-loss condition. And when i told him that i needed a wiring harness for the headlamps he took out his pocket knife and cut through it. I feel that handling claims this way is very unprofessional.
