Complaint Comments:
Mr Davies appraised vehicle with an after market bumper and did not list where such part could be found. Shop tried to locate part and could not . Shop called Mr Davies he said he had located the part at keystone automotive, shop had already called keystone and they had no such part.Obviously Mr. Davies was lying and when confronted by Mr Flick he agreed to pay for an O E M part we at Flick Bros auto would referto this as unprofessional behavior. Finally the estimate was not signed, however there was a mark on the last page but by no means was it legible.
