Mr. Stanley Mateja of Maple Glen Appraisal Service agreed with Mr. John Diminio of Blackhorse Auto Body how and what parts and procedures would be used. Mr. Mateja as required by Shelby Insurance Company sent his repair appraisal to PRO-CLAIMS of Elkton, Maryland. PRO-CLAIMS altered the appraisal and changed the amount of compensation due to the claimant. PRO-CLAIMS has no authority to change an appraisal agreed upon by a Pennsylvania State licensed appraiser. Please see attached documents and investigate this claim.
