Refusal to leave a copy of the supplement # 2 Stated to me that there were still items in question and after everthing was researched he would come back out to go over these items and the supplemental items that we discussed. He did not come back out he wanted to handle it over the phone. I explained to him that I dont discuss appraisals over the phone and I would need him to come out to show me these items in question. He refused and just faxed over the supplement. Capping and Underpayment he capped paint and material at $375 and stated to me to justify the difference over $375. I stated to him that if he cant justify $18 per hr per refinish hr then I dont need to justify my paint and material bill with him. I also tried to discuss the amount of additional material required like undercoat, seamsealer, weld-thru primer, epoxy primer, doorskin bonding kits (for glued on doorskins),rustproofer, and corrosion protection. Non-itemized listing of all damages and inaccurate description of repairs by not paying for the operation required to put this vehicle back to pre-loss condition. He refused to pay to repair adjacent panels to panels getting replaced by cutting and welding the 1/4 panel on. We need to repair the rockerpanel the rear body panel the upper packing shelf the roof the floorpan and also refinish these panels. He only paid to refinish the rocker panel and the roof. The floorpan the rearbody panel and the package shelf areas and the backside of the 1/4 panel he refused to refinish. He also refused to pay for door skin bonding kits to glue the door skins on. I explained to Bob that putting this vehicle back to pre-loss condition required this material to do the job. He stated he paid to weld-them on I stated to him that they were glued on and showed him that they were. He still refused to pay for this material. Bob also stated to me that was all he was paying and did not want to hear back from me on this claim. He felt that we addressed everything that could be addressed. So I feel that Bob is not paying the actual negotiated cost to repair vehicles to pre-loss condition. After showing him what was required in the repair.I also feel that stating to me that he wanted me to make a note that Bob Sypher doesnt pay for weld- Zone damage to adjacent panels and dont ask me to pay for this operation is not proper.
