THIS APPRAISER TOOK THREE DAYS TO FAX ME A COPY OF A SUPPLEMENT. WHICH AT THAT TIME WAS STILL INCOMPELETE. HE HAS DELETE A LABOR RATE ON THE STRUCTURAL REPAIRS.THE APPRASIER HAS ALSO WROTE THIS ESTIMATE WITH A CAP ON PAINT SUPPLIES.ALSO HE HAS LEFT OUT A NUMBER OF THINGS WE TALK ABOUT WHEN HE WAS HERE. ALSO HAS DELAYED PAYMENT TO THE OWNER.
