Complaint Comments:
I feel that Mr. Trainor doesnt have the right to devalue someones vehicle by not allowing for OEM parts. Not properly paying for necessary repair procedures. Not properly paying for the proper amount of materials. And not listing the accurate description of repairs. Mr. Trainor came out to inspect and appraise the damages his insured did to Ms. Kaczmarczyk vehicle. I feel that Mr. Trainor is not writing an independent apprasial by stating to me that anytime we come to a disagreement he states to me to take it up with his supervisor. I feel that Mr. Trainor is licensed by the state to do a job and I feel that he should be able to justify the amounts he pays for on his appraisal and be able to handle the necessary payment to the owner of the vehicle. I feel that Mr. Trainor only pays what he is instructed to pay. When i ask about a $10.00 flat charge for necessary line items on his appraisal he can not justify the amount to me. This makes me belive that after showing him what needs to be done and the amount of material required he still writes what his company allows for . Thank you, Brad Runge
