Tom Dooley came out to appraise this vehicle and he wrote aftermarket parts we got the part here and they did not match up with the OEM in like kind and quality. He wrote for OEM and Mike Morran and James Ridley had a problem with that. Saying that Tom does not have the authority to make that change even after seeing the differences. I tried to explain that it states in the appraisers act that an appraiser is charged with a high degree of regard for public safety, the operational safety of the vehicle shall be paramount in considering the specification of new parts. I feel that being an independent appraiser Tom was doing his job. I also feel that Mr. Morran and James Ridley are telling their appraisers how to write claims. I feel that the appraisers act needs to be enforced. Thank you Brad Runge
