Drive In Estimate. Missed Alot Of Repair Procedures Why should a customer be convienced into going to a drive in to get a estimate and a check. When the appraiser tells the customer when the vehicle gets into the shop they will call back for a supplement and get compenstated for what they have to do. It makes customers think there is more to do but they wont pay until it gets into a shop. That is just not right. They owe all damage repairs necessary to return the vheicle back to pre-loss condition not to pay on supplements. Why have drive ins then. Thank you, Brad Runge
