I scheduled Mrs. Cannon's vehicle into our shop and I contacted Bill Holleran from 21st Century Appraisers on the supplement items that needed to be addressed. I requested Bill to come back out to our facility on 8-27-02 to re-appraise the damage and repairs that needed to be addressed. He stated to me that he could not see coming out until the vehicle was all apart. He also stated that he did not work this area and was filling in and doesnt get down this way often. I explained to Bill that if I dont know what I am getting compensated for I can not start repairs. After faxing over my supplment to him so he could review it he stated to me that he was ok with my supplment and if I could just e-mail him the pictures of the operations being done he would finalize my supplement.Two supplements later Bill still did not come out, or pay me for what needed to be done. I will be more than glad to fax over copies of the supplements that were faxed over to me and to explain how many phone calls and faxes I had to do. I feel that Bill is not following the appraisers act and I feel that the repair procedures that were done were the actual cost to put this vehicle back to pre-loss condition. Also to explain what I was up against, On just one item I e-mailed pictures of the rear bumper cover off this vehicle and he still did not pay me to do it. So this just showed me that he could not be trusted and was going to cheat me and my customer of full compensation. Thank you, Brad Runge
