Complaint Comments:
Physical Damage Appraiser Major refused to provide a current state apprasier's license. When asked he provided a license dated 06/02. When we ask for a current license he refused and advised repair shop to file a complaint against him. Appraiser Major refused to review his written appraisal with a representative of the repair shop. When we asked Major to go over the appraisal he said no and placed the appraiser on our front counter.' When asked again for his state license he laughed and walked out of the shop's front door. Please investigate the above complaint and issue proper enforcement actions against this individual.
