Called on many occasions to have Joe or a ins. co. rep. come back out to re-write the estimate. Joe called me and wanted to handle it over the phone. I explained to him that I faxed over 24 pages explaining my position on the repairs necessary to put this vehicle back to pre-loss condition. I told Joe that I would be more than glad to go over the repairs, if he would like to schedule an appointment to come back out and go over it. I thought the appraisers act stated that any repair procedure disputed, the appraiser would have to come back out to settle the matter.
