AFTER REPAIRS BEGAN SHOP CALLED FOR SUPPLEMENT ON 10 /17/02 AS OF 11/18 /02 WE STILL HAVE NOT HAD ANY SUPPLEMENT SENT FAXED OR MAILED TO SHOP. NOR HAS THE SHOP BEEN COMPENSATED FOR ADDITIONAL REPAIRS AND PARTS.
