Progressive has constantly used stall tactics in the claims process. They under estimate the damages, and when trying to have the car reinspected, no one ever returns your calls. Progresasive will not pay to restore car to pre accident condition,and in my opinon is jeopardizing the safty of there insureds. Progressive is not following the Pa laws and regulations, and there appraiseres are not abiding by the appraiseres act.
