They tried to steer me away from my shop and to their contracted shop using word track like "if you go to our network shop we will warranty the repairs for as long as you own the car" and "if you go to our shop they can do the estimate and it will be faster". They also didn't pay the full amount that was needed to put the vehicle back to pre-loss condition.
