Complaint Comments:
Greg Lombardo from National Appraisal rewrote an appraisers appraisal after the appriaser and I got to an agreed price. Then we had an agreement with AIG for payment with the inside rep. and they canceled it after the fact. AIG instructed Greg to rewrite the appraisal and deduct for paint and material. Could you please help us with this. I have a cover letter from Greg stating that AIG instructed him to revise this supplement. Thank you, Brad Runge
