I feel that this appraiser is illegally steering/directing my customers to other shops by not paying us properly and leaving us no choice to either fix the vehicle for what they write or let the vehicle go to one of the shops that will agree to do sub-standard repairs for the insurance company. This appraiser does not write an acutal cost of repair estimate and i feel that he is bias for his company.
