Stewart Pague refused to pay me properly to refinish a damaged panel and blend the adjacent panel for colormatch. He over rode the book time to refinish the damaged panel and he wanted me to blend into the panel i repaired. When I explained to him the ADP doesnt recomend blending into a damaged panel he refused to discuss it. I feel that State Farm is influencing their appraisers to not blend adjacent panels and to override the information providers published repair/refinish times. I feel that if we as a collision repair industry has to use these guides we should use them from start to finish not just when they favor the insurance companies. When you try to get an answer from ADP they state that there times are only a guide and everything is negotiable but when i try to negotiate these times with state farm they tell me that guide is what they are going by only. So please investigate this issue for me Thank you Brad Runge
