Complaint Comments:
Steve Washko refused to do a supplement for us. He refused to get the orignal apprasier to speak with us. Stated that the orignal appraiser no longer works there. He stated that we waited to long. We state that we did not wait to long and that his appraiser was going to handle it. Why should we not be compensated because of internal problems within Longacre Appraisals. The inside rep for Peerless stated that she would need Longacre to finalize this claim by doing the supplement. She is aware of the supplement, but needs Longacre to do it. Longacres rep Steve Wasko refuses to do it. Please help us with this. Thank you. Art
