This claim had a supplement called in and State Farm came out refused to leave a copy of the supplement, then decided to deny the supplement. then with all these delays the owner had out of pocket rental expense. The first part of the expense was that they delayed the claim. Second part of the expense was the amount they paid. They would not pay for the size vehicle needed/equilvant to what he had. $27.99 plus tax is all they paid. The vehicle rented was $32.00 per day plus tax.
