Complaint Comments:
This vehicle needed additional repair time on the bedside inner panel. I tried to discuss the repairs with Don but again he still refuses to discuss how his allotted repair time could do the repairs. I feel that Don puts his company in jeopardy and he should be reviewed and trained to not only write an estimate but also learn how to have people skills to discuss the repairs.
