Attention Pa. Department of Insurance: 1)We contacted Jeffrey Starsinic of Starsinic Appraisal Service on 5-19-05 and requested a supplemental appraisal of damages on the above consumer's vehicle. Jeffrey Starsinic refused to re-inspect the damages on Mr. Cookes 2003 Saab. 2) We have contacted Shelby Insurance Company's claim representative Kimberly Jordan @ 1-888-286-9458 on 5-19-05 and requested a supplemental apprasial for additonal damages. As of 5-26-05 we have not heard from Shelby Insurance Company or an appraiser representing the insurance company. Please investigate the above violations to Pennsylvania's MVPDA and Regulations.
